2. Orders & Payments
- We accept prepaid and COD orders (Cash on Delivery).
- COD is not available for personalized or customized products.
- All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
4. Delivery
- Typical delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on location and order.
- Our delivery team performs quality checks before dispatch.
- Customers are requested to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
5. Returns & Refunds
Vachan does not accept returns, except in specific cases if:
- The product is damaged or defective and
- The customer provides a clear unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Refund will be processed in 7-10 business days after receiving the video.
6. Personalization
Customized products are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once processed.
